The project is inspired by a holiday experience in south France. An unexpected conversation with an old man in local restaurant made my friend and I know a place called “St Paul de Vince”, which we have never heard of when we planned the journey in Nice. So we started the unexpected journey to find St Paul de Vince. Along the journey we were fascinated by the beautiful sunshine, the forest and the beautiful trees. The destination is not important anymore. It is the change of light, color and movement that is very charming. In my drawings, I tried to capture the moment and delightful memory of the unexpected journey.
